3. Online Orders (Retail & Wholesale)
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per order, or per wholesale account. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
- Accuracy of Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
- Wholesale Accounts:
- Wholesale pricing and terms are available only to approved wholesale partners.
- Application for a wholesale account does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any wholesale application in our sole discretion.
- Wholesale customers agree to abide by specific wholesale terms, including but not limited to minimum order quantities (MOQs), minimum order values (MOVs), and payment terms (e.g., Net 30), as communicated during the application process and in their approved wholesale account agreement.
- Wholesale customers understand that pricing displayed for retail customers will not apply to their orders once logged into their approved wholesale account.
- Cancellation by Us: In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
4. Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Square.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Wholesale Payment Terms: Approved wholesale accounts may be offered specific payment terms (e.g., Net 30). These terms will be explicitly agreed upon in a separate wholesale agreement or within the wholesale account details. Failure to adhere to agreed payment terms may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Shipping
- Shipping:
- We ship to addresses within the United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Food Product Policy: Due to the perishable nature and food safety regulations concerning our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or consumed maple syrup products unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

- Wholesale Returns: Wholesale returns are subject to the specific terms outlined in your wholesale agreement. Contact your wholesale representative for assistance.
